7:42AM on Sunday, so folks are still out, and I must say the Seoul Subway is as good as it comes. It's as efficient, clean, safe and covenient as Tokyo's. Compared to this, New York's is a medieval dungeon.
its been a very long time since i've been on nyc's subways, but i'd have to agree with your comparison. the reason probably is that an empire doesn't have the money to waste on its inhabitants on such trivial items such as transport when there are 'colonies' to subdue which is where the money must go.
