Too many cracked windows and doors here. Lots of vandalism in Germany, too, but there, it's from self-hatred. Here, train cars, stores and even schools are sometimes set on fire. When University of Cape Town students wanted a statue of Cecil John Rhodes removed, they defaced and befouled it with graffiti, piss and shit.
