Congolese owned barbershop and grocery in Parow Valley on 9-21-21--Cape Town






Parow Valley. Same Congolese owns barbershop and grocery store, and she also makes photocopies, and takes ID or passport photos. For 5 rands [34 cents], I bought a stick of barbecued chicken gibbets from a lady just out of the frame.
