I had to chuckle upon seeing these folks’ lavishly-styled hair. In America, they spend an estimated 64.7% of their waking hours either thinking about their hair, talking about their hair, going to the sto’ to buy hair-care products, applying said products, braiding their hair, unbraiding their hair (when I lived with a young black couple, they would spend at least an hour each night doing braiding or unbraiding while watching TV at a high volume setting), getting a high-top fade at the barber shop, buying wigs, and so forth. For some reason I had assumed poorer non-U.S. blacks wouldn’t have the same obsession, due to lacking money and/or vanity, but I see I was wrong, hence the aforementioned chuckle. Be safe out there in enclosed spaces. (In the U.S., blacks commit aggravated assault on Asians at 250x the rate that Asians commit on them. Blacks commit aggravated assault on whites at a mere 200x the rate that whites commit it on them.)
