Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant. With many Russians in Vung Tau and no Russian restaurant, Russians were Kozak's main clientele. Now, I'm not sure. Food is OK, not great, but if you must have varenyky, where else would you go? On the menu are also non Ukrainian dishes such as chili con carne, spaghetti carbonara and tom yum kung.
