Next to Veranda Bar is this hut with pool tables and another bar. It is dead, and so is the Vung Tau Beach Club and Surfing School. This area is called Back Beach, with a bunch of high end hotels. I assume none is doing well. The domestic market favors budget guest houses near Front Beach, where some people wade into the surfs fully clothed! My neighborhood.
