Pizza Leo is supposed to be the best in Vung Tau, so I walked half a mile there this evening to see if it was all that. Leo was closed, however, and the latest online review dates from 11 months ago. Maybe it's dead. I'll check again.
No pizza, I had dinner at Bún Chả Hồ Tây. Bún chả is a Hanoi specialty of rice vermicelli and pork meatballs, but in fancier versions, pieces of pork or even fried spring rolls can be added. The above cost just $2.22. Most Vietnamese dishes contrast cooked and fresh ingredients, so here, we have fresh bean sprouts, lettuce, cilantro, paederia lanuginosa leaves and mint leaves.

You don't go to Vietnam to eat pizza.
