Dead movie theater. Its name, Điện Biên, is the town where the famous Dien Bien Phu Battle took place.

When I was a kid in Saigon, movie theaters were fronted by these billboard sized paintings depicting featured attractions. To lure people in, Cleopatra, Planet of the Apes or the Poseidon Adventure, etc., had to be advertised with one image of great appeal and complexity. Though it was a fantastic form of folk art executed with considerable skills, nearly all of these paintings have been lost.
