Crew of Lẩu Bò 69 [Beef Hot Pot 69], getting ready for their annual two-day vacation, as paid by their boss. This is fairly standard in Vietnam.
I also noticed these young people spilling out of the restaurant with their luggage, so they live above the restaurant, and eat there. My father's restaurant in Redwood City, CA had a similar arrangement for his Vietnamese kitchen crew. They lived in his house in San Jose.
The woman separating herself from the rest has gotten a bit impatient for the van to arrive, so she's walking to the corner of the street.
The sign for Cơm Tấm Linh [Linh Broken Rice] is for another restaurant, in the alley.
