In a recent post with a similar photo I think you said that you thought people dressed poorly, but I absolutely love these mismatching floral patterns. It's exciting to my eyes and there is a sort of innocence to it.
Wearing no mask, this lady is certainly a winner! A friend of mine had to go to a hospital recently in Saigon, and at this private hospital, masks were not required from visitors. That's certainly a positive development.
Crossing from Vietnam into Cambodia three years ago, I stood next to a German who remarked about a Vietnamese woman, "I don't understand why she's dressed like that!"
In Germany, black is the the most popular color, so a group of Germans standing together is positively funereal!
I’m not sure if people go out of their way to find the most gaudy outfit to wear, or like me(westerner in SE Asia), finding something that fits is first priority, but then how it looks is a distant second.
I’ve seen other westerners wearing some stupid ass shit around here.
