On 12/19, this travel agent booked my flight to Bangkok. I have no credit cards, and PayPal stopped its virtual card about a year ago.
This man was clearly not used to non-Indian customers since he couldn't understand "Bangkok," "United States" or even "USA." Sitting right by him, I helped him to book my flight.
On a dropdown menu, he asked if I should be listed as a citizen of "United Arab Emirates"?
Despite all this, he was very helpful. He steered me away from SpiceAir in favor of IndiGo, a better airlines that cost just a tad more. For his service, he charged a flat fee of 600 rupees [$7.26].
