Central Embassy. This is in Lumphini, a neighborhood with at least a dozen embassies, including those of the USA, Australia, Japan and the Netherlands. With so many diplomats, there are many international restaurants, generally upscale. Today, I finally had a chance to apply for a new passport, so if everything goes well, I should be in Cambodia in three weeks, on my way back to Vietnam.
