6:47AM. That's Mr. Lam on his tuk-tuk. He's the one who took me to Prasat Bakong two days ago. He sleeps there every night.

Keep in mind this is by downtown. There are reasonably nice hotels and restaurants all around, but no one is bothered because Mr. Lam is just a working man, minding his own business. He doesn't use the sidewalk as his toilet, though I've seen him brush his teeth by that tree. There's a cheap eatery across the street where he often eats.

Soon after this photo, he got up and saw two men just meters away standing around with luggage, so he rushed over and got his first clients, even before he could take a piss!
