These cyclos drivers don't make much, so they certainly need more tourists to do this. With a full, open view and moving at an extremely leisurely pace, this is the best way to experience a city. Next to just walking, that is.

When I was a kid in Saigon, cyclos were common, but they have nearly disappeared from there. There are more in Phnom Penh, but here too, fewer locals are using them. Cyclos are actually great for people returning from the market, for you can load your bags on them.

Just before leaving Vung Tau, I hired a cyclo to take me and a suitcase to Cafe Ca Dao. I needed to leave some stuff there.
