I don't just eat dog tails, chicken testicles and snail earlobes. Sometimes, I go high class! Actually, this is just peasant food in Europe. To enjoy it in a lesser Lao city is something else, though. This wonder at Dok Mai Lao Trattoria Italiana set me back 120,000 kips [$7.04]. So we have two types of salami and two of prosciutto. There's brie, gorgonzola, bel paese and pecorino. The bread is schiacciata, I'm pretty sure.
