Because of the Unification of Vietnam on 4/30 and May Day, there's a mini surge of Vietnamese tourists in Pakse. Kid's shirt, "COMMEMORATING A VISIT TO UNCLE'S MAUSOLEUM." Since they can afford to take a family vacation, they're not poor, so this boy is fat. A whiny brat, he was going, "It's too hot! It's too hot!" Someone should have said, "Shut the fuck up, or we'll leave you in Laos!"

That kid’s already headed for diabetes. He’s got Acanthosis nigricans already around his neck. Poor kid. Seems like that American disease is spreading as well.
