Owner of tiny cafe on Preah Soramarith Quay. Born in Cambodia, he went to Vietnam in 1973 as a child, but returned to Kracheh in the mid 80's, after the Khmer Rouge was expelled. Like nearly all Vietnamese here, he's not a citizen of any country. Here he's watching a Vietnamese drama on YouTube. In front of his cafe is a morning market where nearly half of the merchants are Vietnamese.
