Although salted coffee in various forms has been around for at least a hundred years, and is drank in a bunch of countries, it has become particularly popular in Vietnam, especially in Hue and Saigon. This Vietnamese lady has only been in Cambodia two months. Since she can't speak Khmer, she has to hire a Cambodian helper. As I sat there, a Vietnamese and two Cambodian customers showed up. Her coffee is excellent.
