Two layers of security just to enter Grand Indonesia Mall. Outside every government building, condo, church or fancier mall, there is at least one security guard. Visiting Istanbul in 2015, I saw similar measures, and Cairo in 2021 was even crazier. Worst was Beirut, a city always prepared against not just bombs but tanks!
