He had spoke of suicide three days before.He didn't hit anyone after firing 40 shots.With a rifle.That was intentional.This guy is more mentally ill than criminal. Though I don't want him immediately back on the streets, $5 million bail is excessive.Hopefully he isn't put away for life.How much time would George Floyd serve?
