Yo Dan, These are sinful people punished after death. Men too. The religion is Caodaism. Founded in Tay Ninh a century ago, it has a strong presence in southern Vietnam. With the Vietnamese diaposra, it has spread overseas. There are Cao Dai temples in the USA, Australia, France and Cambodia.--Linh
