A pig brain sandwich at the Yellow Tavern. In this town of 900 people, it's the only bar besides the American Legion post. I can't say I'm itching to have another brain sandwich. The bartender is a transplant from Nashville. She came to this area to follow her new husband, but after two kids, they got divorced. Besides her bar job, she's also a hairdresser, but business is not good, so she'll move back to Nashville in a year, hopefully, after her younger kid's done with college. In New Harmony 26 years already, she misses the city.
