3/1/13--Minutes after getting off the bus, who did I see but nine-life Jean Quan, being a politician on the street. Occupy a distant memory, hardly anyone remembers Scott Olsen, Brian Glasscock or Tiffany Tran, etc. Chased by the sky-high rent in SF, not to mention Berkeley, yuppies and hipsters alike are fleeing to Oakland, fueling a mini boom in select neighborhoods, thus shining a favorable light on Quan. Not unlike Obama, she serves the establishment while posing as a champion of the people, and like him, also has a history as a "community organizer."
