Anna Marie's Cafe in South Philly. Daytime bartender, not shown, is turning 70 on July 2nd. She works 10 hours a day, three days a week. Her shift starts at 6:30 in the morning. She's thinking of retiring. "They should have a young, sexy girl working behind the bar, not me, but it's hard to get good help. They'd drink behind the bar, steal or give liquor away so they can get extra tip."
