Phnom Penh across the Mekong--Akreiy Ksatr








Across the Mekong is one of the best parts of Phnom Penh, with its luxury hotels, first rate casino and magnificent monuments. On this side is a miserable Vietnamese settlement in the poor village of Akreiy Ksatr.
