As a kid, I'd often see an illustrated noodle cart being pushed around, usually by some old Chinese guy, but it's practically extinct in Vietnam. The very rare surviving ones are merely parked in front of noodle shops, and there are now even bullshitty replicas.

The specimen in the photos is at least half a century old.
