John Tang flew in from Malaysia just to see me! When I lived in Philly, a reader would occasionally show up, so we'd meet for a beer and/or a walk, but this is the first time someone has arrived from another country. Seventy-three-years-old, John is still employed as an engineer. He spent four years in the US, at a university in Baltimore.


Yesterday, John and I spent hours walking through Cho Lon, Saigon's Chinatown. Here he is at Three Mountains Temple.
