War memorial erected by Vinacafe, a state-owned company. Vinacafe started out as the Coronel Coffee Plant, founded in 1969 by a Frenchman in South Vietnam. After the Fall of Saigon, the winning North confiscated this plant, as the did thousands of other companies.
