Well, it certainly doesn't look anything like the image on the packet (see below). The "pasta" is instant noodles. There's barely a trace of tomato in the oily sauce and the advertised "beef" cannot be detected.
At least it's not as repulsive as this "hamburger."

But was it good? Worth the 22 cents? It reminds me a little of ramen noodles.
