Yesterday, I hung out with Giang, my friend of 40 years. We were freshmen together at Andrew Hill High School in San Jose, CA. Giang treated me to lunch, beer break and dinner, so here's my excellent Japanese style pasta carbonara with seaweed and house-made camembert at 4P's.
