I'm back in Ea Kly, with some cheeses bought in Saigon. When I lived in Saigon during 1999-2001, there were very few cheeses available, but now, people can choose from quite a selection.

Since I was on the road for nine hours, I stayed with the hard cheeses, mostly, except the brie.
