Tonight's dinner: baked sesame rice sheets, minced watersnake, fried eggs, watersnake patties and boiled pork. The rice pot is not pictured.

Two guys came by with watersnakes to sell, so we bought a dozen. What's shown here was made from nine.

Eight adults ate this dinner, with three non-employees joining us. The deaf mute guy dropped by and really enjoyed himself.

We've worked 20 days straight, but are finally getting a day off.

It's just after midnight, and I'm already looking forward to my morning coffee. I'll have my first cup around 5:15.
