One of my 2-year-old nephew's toys, and no, I didn't buy this. Two years ago, I went to a wedding in Nghệ An, the most heavily bombed province during the Vietnam War, with its main city, Vinh, completely flattened. Driving a huge SUV, the local tough guy showed up at the wedding in a US Air Force jacket.
