Coffee Đồ Xưa [Old Stuff Cafe]. Be Van Dan was a Tay ethnic who died during the Battle of Dien Bien Phu. Already wounded, he volunteered to become a gun mount, it is said, hence this illustration. Go here for photos of him and the gun. He's buried in Dien Bien Phu, and there are streets and schools named after Be Van Dan in several Vietnamese cities.
