Hi eahilf,What country are you in? The best pho is actually in the US, especially California. In Eastern Europe, pho is generally pretty bad, and it's pretty mediocre or even awful in its birthplace, Hanoi. Saigon pho is mostly good.When it's done well, pho is sublime.Linh
