Same as below. I had an excellent lunch here for just $5.30. It was combination fried rice with black bean sauce next to it, a variation of the Korean jjajangbap. First time I ran into this hybrid dish was in Incheon.
It seems many Chinese restaurants in Korea are run by Koreans, or their descendants, returning from China. The owners of this joint appeared Korean, and they were speaking Korean to each other.
