Jagalchi Fish Market in Nampo-dong at 9:23AM this morning. She delivers food to merchants and workers, brings back dirty dishes. I'm assuming most of them subscribe to a single eatery for all of their meals, because it's much cheaper that way. Notice her galoshes. It's a fish market, so there's water on the ground here and there.
Korean wet markets are much cleaner than the ones in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, and not just because Koreans are cleaner. Korean fish markets have fewer live fish. Most have been gutted. Many are strung up, to dry. Others have their neat gashes stretched sideways with a little stick.
