From this bunker, Hezbollah could clearly see the Jewish position on the next hill, so they would fire a quick burst then run away, to not be destroyed by the returning bullets, missiles or bombs. Although everything around this bunker was repeatedly smashed or incinerated, it somehow survived, miraculously.
