The blog has been rather dormant lately because I've been preoccupied with getting a visa to a country that's not easy to enter. We'll see how it goes. In any case, I'm in Beirut now, so new photos will appear again.
Yo Linh! 1981, From Aman,Jordan, I entered the West Bank by crossing the Allenby Bridge. Long lines of buses and cars, then a long wait at Israeli checkpoint. Fyi,they thoroughly checked everything I had, snapped a pic with my Brownie automatic camera, and ushered me into a draped booth and patted down my body. Happy trails, Chuck Orloski
