Spicy minced beef, guacamole, fried tomato, grated cheese topped scrambled eggs, crispy potato rosti and toasts with jam and butter at Arnold's for $4.98. Saigon and Arnold's were the first two restaurants I entered in Cape Town. The above breakfast I had the day before I left.
