Linh, this is actually a reference to the American rapper Wiz Khalifa. He's always shouting out Taylor Gang in his songs, one of his perennial themes since 2009, along with weed consumption and fornication.
Thanks for the correction! I'll delete the "Charles Taylor" reference, and I'll check out the Taylor Gang song.
