Cambodian fried snake with red pepper, green pepper and white onion

in a very complex sauce made of hot chili, red onion, garlic, turmeric, lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Some fresh fragrant leaves and peanuts are tossed in at the end. Notice how expertly these ladies clean the snakes. Now that's a survival skill.
