Mussels with mint leaves and Vietnamese style dipping sauce on 3-24-22--Windhoek copy






The Vietnamese dipping sauce is made with water, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic and chili, and freshly picked hot pepper. The mint leaves, too, have just been picked.

The frozen mussels were boiled with butter, so that's not very Vietnamese.
