On boat to Vung Tau. Everyone is assigned a seat inside the cabin, but many people like to sit outside for a better view. I've taken this boat four times, and each time, I spend nearly all my time outside.

Technically, yes, but at least 15% ignore this rule while walking around. Many cafes and restaurants are fairly packed, so there's no social distancing there.
