Covid prevention rope at bakery on 5-2-22--Vung Tau copy

99% of Vung Tau businesses are operating normally, but there are some psychotic holdouts. At this bakery, there's a rope to prevent customers from getting too close, and signs that say, "PLEASE MAINTAIN A TWO METER DISTANCE." Of course, that makes no sense, since the seller and buyer have to be within touching distance to conduct business.

At a nearby banh mi stand, you pay by tossing money into a basket placed on the ground, since the seller is apparently too terrified to handle cash from your possibly diseased hand.

A Vung Tau friend has an uncle who sells broken rice with pork chop. Once, a to-go customer arrived with a squirt bottle of sanitizer, which he sprayed onto the cash given back to him, as well as the paper bag containing his food. Relating this sorry episode, my friend wondered why this man hadn't sprayed the sanitizer onto his rice and pork chop.
