Another song from Saigon before 1975

This is the regal Thái Thanh singing Phạm Duy. It is a magnificent poem. Phạm Duy speaks of a towering and elongated pain. He's speaking of the war. The adjectives are deliberately unusual, but this is a poet speaking, and it's an unusual time. The trees on Duy Tân are described as long, and not tall. It would never end.
