Cold water left out by some private citizen for anybody to drink. Notice the steel mug. Thirsty in this heat, one forgets all about Covid infection or even hygiene!
That's a nice thing to do for the members of your community. Not that it matters, but I wonder if it's a man or a woman whose idea it was to put this jug of water out for all who are thirsty.

These jugs are pretty common. They're usually put there by a nearby business, or just a street vendor. Here's one in Saigon:
