At Nathalie's. I'm not even sure this is a Thai dish or just a fancy version of the Vietnamese gỏi. Though not nearly as meticulous as the Japanese, Thais are pretty good at food presentation, whereas the Vietnamese can hardly bother. The look of this, then, is Thai enough.
