July 27th is Wounded War Veterans Day here. Message at bottom is a proverb, "Drink water, remember its source." Notice the rainbow colored planter, which I'm pretty sure is a nod towards the LGBT community. There was a Bê Đê [Pédé] Restaurant nearby, but it went out of business. Never saw anyone but a queer server in there.
