Rice wines sold in gasoline containers. Instead of buying single bottles of red wine, I should just get me, I don't know, five of these containers and have them delivered by truck.
Does it mix well with 7up, or Sprite, on ice? If inflation goes crazy maybe you'll have to consider it as your Plan B.
On my first trip to Thailand in 1988 beer was extremely expensive compared to everything else, I quickly did what the locals did and drank Mekong "Whiskey" with lemon-lime soda on ice.
No way, man, you can't mix rice wines with soft drinks, or even water them down. There is a vast variety, though, with various natural ingredients added to them.
I'm happy with my $3.50 bottles of VangDalat red wine at home, then Tiger Beer when I'm out.
